Incline bench progress

Today was a good day in the gym. We’ve been working on my incline benchpress for the past 9 month. My left arm and shoulder are much stronger than my right arm and shoulder. We’re working to get my right shoulder and chest to engage. A lot of my mobility problems come from my inability to connect with and fire my muscles. When we started it was a challenge for me to hold my right arm up with no weight while sitting on the incline bench. Today, I was able to do 3 set of 5 reps with 5 lbs dumbbells. It was a big win for me. Uzor was super happy!  I’m not great at marking these milestones. For the record, today I made progress.
